In 2022 we saw the revival of Stannington Carnival in the form of the Garden Party.​

Due to its success and popularity with the local residents, who appreciated the community feel to this smaller event,

it was decided by the SCOFF Committee that this was to be the new face of Stannington Carnival.

Started in the mid 90's, Stannington Carnival has raised nearly £70,000 to support local community groups. While The Garden Party doesn't see the same income it still provides a space for local Non-Profit Charity Organisations to raise awareness and the potential to fundraise.
